Chase Budinger at the slam dunk contest

The halftime performance was by local hip hop artist and award winning entertainer Nick Cannon.  The boys game featured local favorite and co-MVP of the Game, Chase Budinger who had four assists and 11 points.  Budinger shared the John Wooden Award with West-squad teammate Kevin Durant, who racked-up 25 points and five rebounds.  The West team came back after being down by 20 points during the first half to win the game 112 points to the East team’s 94 points.  The East team was led by Gerald Henderson, Jr. with 16 points and Thaddeus Young with 14 points.
